Shipping

We know you can’t wait to get your new gear, so we do our very best to get it out the door quickly. All orders placed through wild-rye.com are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  

Wild Rye offers USPS and UPS shipping methods at the following flat rates: 

Standard Shipping (USPS)

UPS Ground (No PO Boxes)
$12.00
UPS 2nd Day Air (No PO Boxes)
$50.00


If you're shipping to a PO Box address, please select a USPS shipping method (we're talking to you, mountain town people!). 

Canada: Canadian shipping fees very and are calculated at checkout. Most Canadian orders will ship DHL or UPS. 

International Shipping (excluding Canada) : All international orders other than Canada will be charged a $35 flat rate. Expedited shipping cannot be offered for international orders. Please note that international orders are subject to customs fees. 

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will receive a second email once your order is shipped, this email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Wild Rye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by our shipping partners. Please make sure your address is correct and safe for delivery. However, please do reach out and let us know, and we will do our best to help you!

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as products are in new condition. Returns are subject to a $4.50 return shipping and handling fee. Currently, we are offering an extended Holiday Return Policy. Purchases made between November 1 and December 25th 2024 have an extended return window to January 15th 2025 or 30 days after purchase, whichever comes later.

New condition means:

  • Tags still attached
  • Not worn outside
  • Not washed
  • No stains - Please please be sure that you are clean when trying on your garments for the first time. We cannot accept returns with deodorant or other stains. No animal hair - No, but seriously. We love furry friends, but cannot accept returns with excessive animal hair as your product will no longer be sellable.

Please note: Items noted as Final Sale, during specific sale periods or otherwise, are not eligible for return. Additionally, we can only process returns for products purchased directly from wild-rye.com. If you bought from a Wild Rye dealer, please contact them directly.

Locate your order number from your confirmation email, then begin your return or exchange through our online returns portal. Follow the steps to initiate your return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please drop off your return to the carrier within 10 days of receiving your label. We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for return shipping. 

For international returns, please initiate your return via the above steps. We do not provide labels for international returns, so you must take the return to the carrier of your choice and follow the instructions on your return confirmation email to ship the item(s) back to us. 

We now offer even exchanges. An even exchange is an exchange for a different size or color of the same product (color must be the same price). If you wish to exchange your item, please visit our returns portal. We do not charge a processing fee for exchanges. International orders excluded. 

Once received at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for returns to be processed and refunds to appear on your credit card statement - though we try to process them as quickly as possible.


Order Management

Once you have completed your order, we are unable to cancel it, modify it, add items, or remove items. Please review your order details and shipping carefully and if you have any questions, please reach out to customer service at [email protected] before submitting your order. We will be happy to help!

Please note that final sale items really are final sale. This means they are not eligible for a return or exchange. If you have questions about the product prior to ordering to ensure it's what you need, please don't hesitate to email us. We're happy to answer any questions we can. 

We do not offer price adjustments for sales or pricing changes.

Product

Visit our Size & Fit page for more info! Additionally, we recommend reading the reviews and product descriptions for each product for fit notes from season to season. If you still aren't sure, please reach out to us. 

Wild Rye products are designed for durability and long life as long as care instructions are followed.

We stand by our product so if there are manufacturer defects we offer a lifetime warranty.

**Zipper and button-related issues have a one-year warranty. We use premium YKK zippers and buttons on all of our products. YKK offers a one-year warranty so we follow the same warranty timeline for zipper and button issues.

Damage due to wear and tear such as abrasion, rips, tears, stains, furry friends, UV degradation, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy.

We like to keep things fresh at Wild Rye so most of our seasonal prints and colors are limited run, meaning when they’re gone they’re gone for good. If you can’t find the item you’re looking for on our website, please check with one of our online or local dealers or on our pre-loved site. Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can give some recommendations for a similar product!

We work with both domestic and overseas manufacturers, making pieces wherever we can create the highest quality garment.  When we work with overseas operations we ensure they meet fair trade labor practices, provide a living wage and minimizing their impact on our environment.
